Job Description SummaryAnalyst, Customer Data Support (CDS) is responsible for supporting the client's overall satisfaction and success with Integrated Solutions HealthSight software products and prioritizing business opportunities for our related service solutions. CDS serves as a primary client contact and provides support and guidance to ensure a positive experience and a continued relationship with the client. The CDS is the customer advocate, drives internal support for issue resolution, proactively sets appropriate expectations, understands customer key initiatives, and provides service that exceeds customer expectations. # Job Description The CDS will regularly provide best practice recommendations, assist in solving challenges, address product knowledge questions, and partner with the client to increase the application's practical use and support. Overall, the Customer Data Support position requires significant agility, strong problem-solving skills, collaboration, strong customer focus, and the ability to create visible value that results in short and long-term customer satisfaction. Special Skills and Competencies: + Serve as client advocate within HealthSight software products and provide leadership on all levels of client interaction + Develop the client relationship to ensure HealthSight maintains a strong partnership at all levels of the organization and assume responsibility for client success + Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer and promptly respond to all client inquiries + Maintain proficient-level knowledge of all HealthSight product and service offerings + Advocate and promote the client's voice within BD to maximize team organization, operation, and communication + Demonstrates ability to build and maintain relationships through solid team collaboration and practical communication skills + Self-motivated + Exhibits competency in Microsoft Office Professional tools, Virtual and Live Presentations, and tactical prioritization of responsibilities.
